Below, find the details on the Winter Guard program shared with interested students and parents during the November 12th, 2024 informational meeting.
Students who wish to participate in the program are required to sign and return a contract and submit the $200 commitment fee.
Finally, students and parents will need to register with BoosterHub, our new booster management software, which will be replacing CutTime. Please follow the instructions carefully. Registration with BoosterHub is a one-time requirement for students and parents and will soon become the hub of information related to band activity.
Please complete a student registration and at least one parent/guardian registration. Parents, to help us link your BoosterHub account to your child’s, we ask that you provide the name of your participating children in the Registration Notes field on the parent registration page.
