The carry in Dinner and End of the year band awards is scheduled for
SUNDAY, MAY 20th at 2:00 pm.
Everyone is invited! Bring Grandma and Grandpa too!!
Here is how this works.
We honor all band and guard students for 2012 year. Regardless of whether or not your child participated in any winter band activities, they did particpate in classroom activities. So you must attend!! We give out special awards for this event and a special tribute is given to all our Seniors.
We start with a carry in dinner, at 2pm in the commons at the High School. From dinner we move into the auditorium where students are recognized for all their hard work. We end with a video, of which you will have the opportunity to order one. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. All video's will cost 10.00.
Since it is a "carry in" dinner, we ask the that your dish be enough to feed at least 20-30- people. We don't want anyone to go hungry.
- Freshman - Main Course... can be anything from mac and cheese to steak...
- Sophomores - Main Course...
- Juniors- Salads - anything and any type you like
- Seniors - Salads
All drinks, dishware, silverware, will be provided by the boosters.
Senior parents take care of the cakes for dessert.
We ask that you bring the proper utensils to serve your dish as well.
